This small coastal village is built around its harbour and the fishing industry which is central to its community. There are lots of interesting restaurants tucked around the harbour and many shops to explore. Many quiet and deserted alcoves can be found along this coast for those seeking some tranquility.

This city has a lot to offer visitors. Not only is it an ancient city with a great deal of historical and archeological interest, but it also great for shopping. You could simply stroll around the city streets and admire the beautiful architecture, or visit the numerous Roman and Byzantine ruins, Roman theatre or archeological museums. Approximately 20kms from the resort, Cartagena revolves around its port, which is one of the most important in Spain.

This is the capital city of the province. It lies inland within the mountain ranges and famous for its fruit and vegetable crops, due to it large and sophisticated watering systems. It too is steeped in history, with much evidence of the Moorish influence. Its 15th century Cathedral de Santa Maria, is one of its most famous monuments. Others worth a visit is the Baroque Cathedral, Almudi Palace; 11th century castle of Monteagudo; University of Murcia; Museum Ramon Gaya and Malecon Garden.
